How can you Contact Us?
Whatever your question, the
best is to call us directly at our Paris offices – or
use the fax or email. Everyone at SBE speaks English,
and some of us speak Italian, Spanish and German. Our
whole sales team is at your entire disposal to answer
any commercial and/or technical questions you may have
concerning our products and the solutions we can provide
you with. If you have any difficulty navigating on the
site due to language problems, please just call us and a
sales technician will guide you, step-by-step and
explain the different SBE products which are presented
on our WebSite.
How can I Place an Order?
If you wish to order a
product, you can either use the “basket” purchase system
on our Web-site (which is very easy to use!) and if you
have any language problems (with the French), don’t
hesitate to contact us by telephone and we will be more
than happy to guide you through the purchase process.
OR: You may also send us your order by fax or mail (on
your official company letter-head with the company’s
stamp) and we will treat your order as quickly as
possible. In that case, please be sure to list the
reference numbers of the exact products you are
interested in, their unit price and the total amount of
the order as it appears on the Web. Also, be sure to
give us the exact address, telephone & fax numbers of
your company – as well as the billing and/or delivery
address if applicable.
ABOVE ALL: If your country is part of the EEC, don’t
forget to give us your intra-community VAT number.
And lastly, indicate the name and telephone/email of the
person who is ordering the goods.
Please disregard the VAT (taxes) amounts on the Web
price lists: you will receive an invoice that is
exclusive of taxes. Don’t hesitate to contact us by
email or telephone for any query concerning your order.
How should I Pay for my Order?
For all international
orders, we ask for payment before dispatch of the goods.
The shipping times listed on the site are once we have
received payment. It is a good idea to add 2 or 3 days
to these times if you are paying by international bank
transfer (swift).
If you choose to order by the “shopping cart” purchase
system on our Site, the amount due will appear on the
“summary” page. This page will show the exact amount of
your order, as it will appear on the invoice – including
shipping costs. If you send us your order by fax or
using an order form from our catalogue, we will send you
a pro-format bill very quickly which will give you the
shipping costs as well as the proof that your order has
been recorded. This amount is the same one that your
company will pay to us so that we can launch the
production or shipping of your products.
The easiest and fastest
way to pay for international orders is the bank-to-bank transfer
(by wire or swift). For security reasons, we cannot give our bank
account informations here, please contact us and we will send you
those informations immediately.
You may also send your payment by check, made out to the
order of: SBE – and mail it to our Parisian headquarters
(please see address above).
Shortly, you will be able to pay your purchases by
credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX…) but this option
is not yet possible: thanks for your patience!

How will my Order be Delivered?
We offer our international
clients the choice between 3 modes of transport –
depending your region and the urgency of your order:
- Registered regular tariff Postal Delivery
- Standard UPS delivery
- Express UPS delivery
The delivery fees are automatically calculated when you
order with the “shopping cart” Net service, according to
your region and the weight of the products you order. An
exact delivery date will be given – but it is generally
a good idea to add 2 or 3 days to this delivery date…
corresponding to the time it takes for us to receive
your payment and expedite your order.
